Very authentic, very good mexican food. Best lengua tacos Ive had in a long time. Excellent refried beans. Dont let the lo ation fool you. Will DEFINATELY be going back!!! (Real deal gorditas as well)
Well, the highlight of our visit was that Norway beat Brasil....food was mediocre, but tbe Margarita was at least strong. I ordered the Torta Cubano but they brought out a carne asada with egg torta....very odd vibe. Staff acted like they didn't want to be there. Second time here and we have the same experience the first time.
A visual fiesta, but the kitchen plays it safe. Stopped in for lunch (though, ironically, there’s no actual lunch menu) and ordered the steak tacos. The authentic Mexican decor is definitely the highlight here, as the tacos were pretty middle-of-the-road. Not a destination spot, but a perfectly fine pit-stop if you're already traveling down Newtown Road.
