Slow service, unhealthy food, and expensive prices

I do apologize that I’m not able to identify the people that provided me not only excellent service, but the meal was hot and my cookies as well (I thought was going to be receiving cold cookies due to it being late). The night crew (03Apr) are true definition of providing excellent service. Thank you. I will be returning to this location. ?

This use to be my favorite location. There's one closer to my house. Here lately the service has gone down. Tonight the manager had an attitude. The manager gave us part of the order, when asking for napkins she tossed them and acted like we were bothering her. We waited at the window 3 minutes before being asked to pull to the door and wait for our order. Then waited another 10 minutes. When she came to bring the order, I said thank you and she did not respond. This review alone cannot describe how we were treated. If offered a years worth of free food from this location, I would decline. There are plenty other location's.

Went here Thursday night to pick up food for my family.. the inside was packed with people and the drive thru line wrapped around most of the building. It took over 40 minutes to get my mobile order and they originally gave me the wrong order and kept only giving me parts of my order so I had to keep telling them what they were missing. I have nothing against the people who work there but how can McDonald's be the leader of the fast food industry if at every location I go to, the food isn't that cheap, the service isn't fast, and they are always understaffed.

There is never anybody at the front counter, the orders are frequently incorrect, and I had time to write this review sitting in the drive-through line (15 minutes and counting). When we got to window 1, our mobile order no longer existed (even though it was confirmed on the intercom 10 minutes prior...).This location used to be decent, but in the last few years it has really gone down hill.Edit: total time in drive-through line, 40 minutes. Our order was for two nugget kids meals and fries, and a double cheeseburger meal with two large drinks. This was repeated to at least two employees after confirming the mobile order. We received:round 1: a nugget kids meal and a cheeseburger kids meal, and our two large drinks.round 2: the second nugget kids meal.round 3: after the window rep closed the window and left, we waited for her return. When asked, we mentioned we were missing our cheeseburger meal.round 4: we received our cheeseburger meal with unsalted fries and a chunk missing from one of the cheeseburgers.I have eaten a cheeseburger with the cheese still wrapped in plastic, and this was a worse experience.
Never can get anything right and always messes up my order no matter how many time I repeat myself.

I often go to McDonald’s for the kids you know. It’s in a crowded area and they’re usually busy but I’ll tell you they keep on top of it and they always keep those lines moving very rarely do I have problems there I always go to the drive-through so sorry I don’t have any information on online ordering but I’ll tell you this location even though the lines are always lines of the drive-through they really punch them out and get them through! A real plus for this location is that they open early and stay open late!
