On the receipt, I am charged 50 cents as a “premium roast” and “drink upcharge”. The associate did not advise me of this surcharge of which seems ridiculous in itself. No signage on the entrances advises customers of an extra 50 cents for “premium roast”. I did not want premium roast, but nothing apparent on the app is visible to give me an option between regular roast and premium roast! So, one can logically presume Newlands Management (the franchise) is NOT BEING...

Rode our bicycles to McD for breakfast. Ordered from the kiosk and food was out in about 5-10 minutes. Ordered an Egg McMuffin and Bacon, Egg, Cheese biscuit....both were delish as usual. Tried the iced coffee drinks...any size for $1.50. Soooo good, even the one that was sugar-free. We'll definitely make

Coming to the drive-through, the guy taking our order sounded like he hated his job, or didn’t like human interaction. He had no energy, no drive, not even a piece of enthusiasm. Don’t get me wrong, we all have bad days just don’t wear your bad day out to others it kinda brings us down along with you. Even if you have to fake a smile, do it.
