This McDonald’s is just trash, horrible service. Waited forever for my food that was just sitting on the counter while the girl claims she was waiting for a tea. The tea was already with it. Waited 20 minutes for an order that was done for who knows how long. Haven’t visited this location in years and this is why.

Been coming to this McDonald's for a long time and just had the most rude and unprofessional woman take my order at the drive thru. She was condescending, rude, and constantly interrupting us while we took our order because we noticed she accidentally was about to ring us up for a large meal and we asked her to change that. From there she was just angry and dismissive. This was Monday night at 8:20pm. Super unprofessional lady taking orders that night

Whoever works the night shift especially the night of 11-20-2025 at 8:00 whoever works that night needs to be fired I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger meal came with no bacon and no fries. Ordered a 20 piece and didn't even get 20 very disappointed that a job that easy had a turn out like this

What is the point of the order ahead feature, app will say your order is ready then when you come inside have you wait an additional 25 mins and everyone that order larger orders in store are out the door well before, and the staff just stairs at you when you ask about your order

Waited in line for approximately 15 min for a drink. Got to window and order was wrong. Young man refused to fix it and told us to go through the line again. We just took the drink and left.

The past 2 times I was there, I was told to pull up to the yellow line and both times I had to wait 10 minutes while everyone else behind me was getting their food. I had to call the dang store while I’m sitting in front of it so I can have someone get me my food. Ridiculous.
