This McDonald’s has regularly been ridiculously slow. With only two vehicles in the drive thru it’s taken 20 minutes just for the individual in front of me to order and receive their food. That does not include me ordering and receiving my food.
I usually do not do reviews because I believe cooperations don’t really care and because some businesses can outright delete certain reviews, so what’s the point?
But today I decided to do so because I noticed there was an employee out back smoking and on his phone while two of vehicles were in the drive thru at 6:30 am. His coworkers were inside working diligently to get our orders made while he was outside chilling and smoking.

This store has always been better in my opinion than all others in Customer Service and overall experience! This morning, Stephanie was so patient with me ordering my coffee because I had no idea what to get? I usually just drink iced coffee in the summer but today first snow of the year in Virginia Beach I wanted a hot coffee. Stephanie was very patiently and helped me out. Definitely above and beyond I think the cold weather affected my thought process lol!! just wanted to share what a pleasurable experience I had thank you Stephanie

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stopped by around 8:45pm for ice cream, fully expecting the machine to be down as usual — but to our surprise, Ms. Jerri greeted us with a smile and said, “Honey, how many do ya want?” She was incredibly friendly, held a great conversation, and never once asked us to pull forward just to save her timer.
This was genuinely the best McDonald’s visit I can remember and gave me hope that McDonald’s still has amazing people behind the counter. Huge shoutout to Ms. Jerri — thank you for being awesome!

The food here is definitely better than most in our area hands down... however I must say since covid I have been left more than wanting in the customer service area of most fast food chains and this McDonalds sincerely has the best customer service in our area period! Staff is so pleasant and courteous with customers that I will drive way out of the way from now on to come to this location. Mrs Gayle was just super professional and NICE... its not a usual combo these days because professionalism now a days seem to have removed the nice factor from the equation. She greets everyone with a smile and cheerful heart no matter the disposition of the party being greeted. Tyler another manager there also has such a warm disposition even against the odds and does not act like the customer is only a dollar bill, makes you feel like a person too which I value tremendously! Minayah another manager that deserves recognition for her great work ethic and customer service skills! The staff from management to the window person all are just fantastic! Thank you for setting the bar and upholding the values of what customer service should be all about!

Addison was very patient and kind. We had to take a moment in our order and she was very understanding. Our shakes were incredible. They took me back to when I was young and my grandmother would make me a McDonald land shake. All star performance and they loved skibidi toilet. 5 stats will spin back
