Delicious pulled pork bbq, Mac and cheese, Cole slaw and moist cornbread. Only suggestion is to add a minced bbq option on menu!

I like their mission and what they're all about. The BBQ is not terrible but it's definitely not the best out there. The sides are usually good. Prices are a bit high but typically BBQ is on the more expensive side of food.

This location has never been consistent but tonight was everything the chicken, pork, Mac and cheese and the green beans were all awful. Wish I had taken a picture to post. This will be our last visit ??

Absolute stellar staff. I took my parents there, my dad is a veteran and he wanted to go. The hospitality was amazing, the atmosphere is casual and the food is pretty good too. Lots of perks for veterans and we received free dessert!

Went to the Mission BBQ in Virginia Beach on Saturday about 7pm. Complete strikeout. Got pulled pork sandwich, slaw and fries. Pork was cold, fries were soggy and cold, slaw was drippy, limp and warm. Atmosphere was overdone with all the military junk on the walls. Somehow it was noisy in there even though there seemed to be more workers than patrons. Long Tables are practically on top of each other with zero privacy. Like a school cafeteria, Bill with tax was about $18. Definitely would try a local place if I wanted BBQ in Virginia Beach. Not this place again.
