I regret going there at the first place. Because now i got obsessed. I’m there every week and i can’t get enough of it. BEEF PANCAKE <3 ME. And that spicy shrimp omg. Everything is sooo good. And the girls give you the best service you feel like home. No joke best food ever. I keep recommend to everybody cuz they deserve every penny you pay them.

We visit this place a few times a month because the food is outstanding. The noodle dishes are amazing and always served hot and fresh—even if one dish is served at a time, usually within a few minutes of the last one.
My family and I visited on 7/14/25 and it was clear they were having an off night. I understand that happens and was very forgiving of that, until each of our dishes were served individually 5 minutes apart from each other. I received my food last, which was at least 15 minutes after the first dish was served. They were heavily understaffed and each dish was served in a hurry without any communication about the kitchen running behind. I finally stopped our server (I won’t name them out of respect) and asked where my dish was (all while my family was waiting very patiently to eat together while meals got cold) and was told that it was coming. She then told me “this is the type of restaurant where the dishes come out at different times” in a very condescending tone without any type of apology or acknowledgement of the poor experience. She then walked away and I had to speak up to her to catch her attention again and told her that we come here often and are well aware of the food coming out within a few minutes of each other, but have never experienced a long wait time like this. She continued to walk away again clearly not wanting to hear what I had to say. Several minutes later, my meal was brought out by another staff member who apologized for the wait. I was able to catch the manager on duty for a quick second (while she was busy bagging orders) and shared a little bit of our experience. The food was still very good—although all of our noodle dishes were exceptionally more greasy than usual.
All in all, the experience would’ve been much better tonight if our server had been a better communicator/listener and offered something to make the experience better. I hope this issue is addressed so the next time we return, it’ll be a 10/10 experience that keeps us coming back.

Always a 5 star review for Noodle Man. Not only are the noodles made/pulled in house but the broth tastes that it has simmered for hours, most probably has been. I always get the brisket and tomato soup. First time to try the beef pancake (as I always order the spicy (served cold) beef, super good too!) Service is friendly. Ambiance gives you the feel of true Asian- no fuss but simply delicious!

HEAVENLY RESTAURANT (Warning: Highly Addictive!) If you love hand-pulled noodles, this place will steal your heart (and maybe your weekends). We ordered the pork dumplings, shrimp fried rice, and Mongolian beef noodles—everything was phenomenal.
The flavors, seasoning, and presentation are all a solid 10/10. Every bite was bursting with taste, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh and thoughtfully prepared.
Not pictured, but worth mentioning: the wings are next-level. Don’t hesitate to try anything on the menu—I’ve yet to be disappointed

Best chicken from a primarily non-chicken oriented establishment, hands down. I take the leftover jalapeños and crumbs & put them on my nachos at home.
Soup was also spot-on and just what I needed. Just fantastic.
