BUG in food (Found) on broccoli. The bug was in my mom’s plate. I took the food up to the counter talked to the manager on shift. Told her about the problem and said I’d like a refund. She said we cannot refund the money either I get different food or I get the same item. Why would mom want to get the same food ??? Mom settled for noodles instead.

The food lacks flavor, but that's standard for most Panda Express chains I've been to in the area. The staff seemed very aggressive to get our order and have us go on our merry way, which was confusing to me because my family and I were the only ones in the line...

Excellent service and food at this location. I take one star because we went in at 12 pm and they were out of quite a few entrees already. The food was still very good, the fried rice and low mein was great and the orange chicken was delicious. My husband got the greens and white rice with some beef and mushroom chicken, and it was all delicious.

My daughter and I went there for the first time. The atmosphere was nice. The service was good. It had a small selection. We eat a lotttt of Asian foods and wanted to try this place since we heard sooo many great things about it. It was ok.

Very disappointed in dinner tonight. This location has to be the worst one in our area. I had what as supposed to be chicken teriyaki. It was far from it. I spit out just about every bite . The chicken had so much fat in it. The rice was still uncooked. They tasted like pellets made from rice paste. For the price we paid for the food. Like I said horrible! I don't recommend it.
I've visited this location a few times, always great fast service, food always fresh and hot, I'm here on a Sunday Morning around 11am. Very nice and chill atmosphere, nice And clean. Plenty of Seating. Nicecand clean. The servers are very pleasant. The food is pretty good. Variety of chicken options for lunch and dinner was on the menu. I ordered the Bigger Plate with fried rice, honey sesame chicken double with bejing beef and teriyaki sause. I was by myself and my meal was $12. I definitely will be coming back to try out something different next time. I also wanted the veggies rolls but the wait time was 5 minutes I decide not to wait.

They messed up an order before even finishing... not a problem.. I'd asked if I could still purchase that one cheaper or for free as there was a homeless person in the parking lot. They threw it away.

My friend and I order chow mein and it was majorly cabbage. Barely any noodles to enjoy. This has happened twice now since I’ve ate there.

Today is 9/16. I don't know if there's new staff or new oversight or new equipment or what but. My food was so. Good. Normally the chow mein is a bit musky and of putting but today it was clean and delicious. The super greens were not too garlicky. The honey walnut shrimp was crispy (as much as they can be being sauced) and the kung pow chicken was superb. Everything had a good clean taste to it and while I do get it like this sometimes often I do not. I eat here on average a few times a month on Mondays, the day my normal local places are closed. I beg of you, whomever it was who made this and however you did, keep doing that. Only put atmosphere at 4 because I'd like a little music goin.
