I used to frequent this place until I moved about a year ago. I was disappointed to see that the facilities are no longer kept clean. The staff went from pleasant and cheerful to sad and depressed. I’m not sure what happened to this place but it’s not somewhere I will frequent. Also, this place isn’t military/first responder friendly as they don’t offer a discount for those guys; this may explain why I’ve never seen a police car or anyone in uniform in this Panera. Panera, I love you. But never have I ever had a whole sausage patty missing from my food. I paid $8 for a sausage egg and cheese bagel, and only got the egg and cheese. I understand if you ran out, but letting me know that or subbing it for bacon would’ve been nice…
