A few weeks ago, I posted that this Panera was tops in service, food, cleanliness, etc., outshining the Panera at Kempsville and Lynnhaven Mall.
They proved it again today. My order was for a few Pick 2s, one of which was missing the sandwich. I asked Quincy about it. He saw the order checklist showed it being prepared but didn't see it. I love Panera's iced chai tea lattes, and since this location's opening it has been my go to spot. The food is good and the customer service is excellent! They are always so nice and friendly, which honestly goes a long way! So give this spot a try!!
