Whole place was empty, which is enjoyable for an introvert but also unnerving around the normal lunch rush. Cashiers were nice. Food was terrible in comparison to other panera breads in the area, especially the tomato soup.

A few weeks ago, I posted that this Panera was tops in service, food, cleanliness, etc., outshining the Panera at Kempsville and Lynnhaven Mall.
They proved it again today. My order was for a few Pick 2s, one of which was missing the sandwich. I asked Quincy about it. He saw the order checklist showed it being prepared but didn't see it.
