Absolutely amazing Papa John's location. They are always friendly, the food is always fresh and amazing hot temp. I've burned my mouth more than once on this pizza! We never have to wait long to pick up the order. Their wings are amazing also. We have never had an incorrect order here. My ONLY complaint is that getting out of their parking lot back into traffic can be difficult. That is not their fault though, just how it is at this location. If you want good food, eat here!
I used to really love this pizza, the best takeout; but I think they changed their crust recipe, and it seems to be not cooked all the way through; I wrote a review for another franchise in Suffolk, VA; same opinion; I don't know if it's the soy oil they started using, but I'm done with Papa John's; it's not the workers, this was the third franchise, and all the crust is the same, so I know it's the recipe; so sad to leave.

I wasn't pleased with my pizza on 10/01/21.I ordered the XL pizza deal and cheese sticks.Both were very dry and cold. I went directly home after picking up my order. If I had looked at it while in the restaurant, I would have left it there. It will be a while before I order from there again....maybe never.
