Ordered pizza. Sat in my car to wait for it to be done. I did not expect the girl to actually walk out of the store and bring it to me. Way to go on customer service skills. You rock !
Papa Johns has the best thin crust. It is light and crispy. Full of flavor too. The sauce is perfect, and the amount of toppings is just right. I like the flavor of the sausage. On Valentines Day Papa John's serves a heart shaped pizza. Just one more reason to love their pizza.
The original order was delayed. I called to check on the order, they explained the lack of delivery drivers. A few mins later they called and gave me a timeline and said they were going to remake the food so it was fresh. It arrived shortly after, the person I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and customer service forward. The delivery driver was also very nice about the situation, explained they had remade the order. Despite a small delay the staff went out of their way...
