Me and my wife ate at this Papa John’s for the first time today, and it was actually GREAT! Made the order perfect just as we ordered it. Dough firm but not chewy like chewing on rubber. Perfect taste we will definitely be back!
A woman with a tiger tattoo provided me excellent customer service during my pick up order. She took the time to answer my questions about the 6.99 deal about not having a pineapple topping option online. Her & the one other employee were busy and they seem to have a great work balance. They made sure I was satisfied with my order. My food was ready within 10minutes hot & fresh.
Ordered pizza. Sat in my car to wait for it to be done. I did not expect the girl to actually walk out of the store and bring it to me. Way to go on customer service skills. You rock !
