Our family dined at Peking City on August 1 to celebrate our family reunion. We all grew up going to Chinese restaurants. So it was delightful to enjoy delicious Chinese food in a warm and inviting place with the best service ever. I stopped in around 2:45, just in time for their lunch specials that run till 3. For $9.95 you get a choice from the lunch menu plus soup and an egg roll, which is a great deal. After a long meeting in Virginia Beach and looking for a great Chinese restaurant. Peking City was a perfect choice. I had the whole restaurant to myself. I had the a cup of wonton soup and Happy Delight (shrimp, scallops, beef and chicken) I asked them to make it spicy. I also had wonton soup and it was very flavorful.
