Amazing food paired with great service. I love the low-key vibe of this place and the fact it still has high quality homemade food (as said by wait staff) is a shock. My favorite (although not pictured) are the mild wings. They recently just added pasta to their menu and it's delicious. The fries could be better in my opinion, but I am partial to thin shoestring fries.

We’re in Virginia Beach for the concert and decided to leave the concert crowd early and make our way here — best choice!
The food was fresh, the portions were a great size — honestly more than we expected — and the fries were delicious. The service was very, very good. Our server was a sweet young lady from Turkey, and she was so kind and attentive, which made the experience even better.
Definitely a great spot to stop...

Pier 23 is a fantastic spot with great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. The seafood was fresh and perfectly prepared, and the staff made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The portions were generous, prices were reasonable, and everything came out quickly. Whether you’re stopping by for lunch, dinner, or drinks, Pier 23 is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be coming back again!
