I went with the eggs sampler and my girlfriend had the breakfast sampler #3. Food was excellent, service was prompt and cordial, the atmosphere is rustic and historic to colonial new world Virginia. We decided on the eatery our first day of vacation and are planning to go back again before our vacation ends to try the pancakes which we hear are a must when you visit.

This is not another pancake house. It was a treat and loved the atmosphere and most importantly the service. The menu was over the top and food was great. I wish this was in Williamsburg and recommend to anyone looking for a good breakfast/lunch.

I would like to start by saying that the food was average to me. It wasn’t bad, but unfortunately, the service is what made my husband’s and my first experience at this restaurant less than enjoyable.
