Ordered the 2pc chicken dinner (dark meat) with collard greens and cinnamon apples. Monica took my order and brought my order to my table.The collard greens were absolutely delicious (I added vinegar) & very tender and flavorful. The chicken was crispy & moist (yummy yum yum) finger licking good! The cinnamon apples were good.I like Pollard's Chicken and so glad they are in a convenient location.
My experience was not good at all. Picked up the food and they forgot my chicken, went back in to get it. Got home, the chicken taste old and greasy. My mother was vomiting all night, my daughter had a headache and my stomach was turning. I just came off from fasting and to taste this was not worth it. I deserve a refund!!! This meal was about $70. I was very disappointed and my family got sick.

Yesterday I received an order for fried chicken livers from this restaurant for the first time. In the past, I've always ordered from the Virginia Beach Blvd location - which has, hands down, the best fried chicken livers I've ever had in my life. These were overcooked, hard, and dry - really bad. I recommend ordering from the VB Blvd restaurant - it deserves 10 stars every single time. And by the way, their liver and onions dish is also the bomb!!
