I ordered last night it was pretty busy from what I was able to gather but I did want to give a shout out to the young man working the counter w the long hair, with how busy it was he was attentive to everyone and very sweet. However as far as the food I’m a little disappointed I got a 2p chicken and the leg was extremely small. And the other piece only had breading on it for the most part. I use to eat here growing up and it use to be way better.
Pollards Chicken is always good and I guess that is what I need to stick to. The shrimp are frozen and basic fried fantail, medium size. The sides(green beans and Mac and cheese)literally have no taste, they are NOT seasoned. They need to do better, give the customer something to come back for, and look forward to it.
We love Pollard’s at London Bridge Shopping Center, they are a staple in our monthly eating out rotation! Delicious fried chicken that is always hot and fresh which does require a small wait but never long. All of the sides are awesome that I’ve tried so far, potato salad, macaroni salad, mixed greens, green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, and cole slaw. The puffs that come with the chicken meals are delicious and the perfect sweet compliment with the honey to the savory...
