I ordered uber eats ,and what they put in my bag they could've kept. They know your bag is closed and unable to inspect. I ordered popcorn shrimp. There were no shrimps, it was the fried crumbles of the batter. A real disgrace

I work Door Dash full time, I came in to pick up a double order and two employees stood out, so I just wanted to shout out Laila and Letee, by far two of the best workers I’ve seen in any store I have picked up from.

Ok so it took 7 mins for someone to acknowledge us at the window. And the driver had to repeat their name like 4 times and we also had a mobile order. Like how much simpler could we make it for these employees. About 8 people at in the back and front of the house no excuse for the service to be so horrible. And the food has a 1.2 rating. I’d advise not to go to this location.

The best Popeyes service I’ve ever experienced. The employees are very patient and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to service me and my family and the food was fresh!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment following an unfortunate experience at your Popeyes location on July 22, 2025. My wife, my daughter, and I stopped in to place a simple order—just three pieces of chicken—but were met with unprofessional and discourteous behavior from one of your employees.

It was evident that the staff member was frustrated, apparently upset over the fact that we had arrived approximately 30 minutes before closing. Instead of treating us with basic courtesy, she abruptly waved us off and, in a dismissive and hostile manner, told us to leave. Her attitude was not only unwelcoming but shockingly disrespectful.

We left not only without our food, but with a very sour impression of the customer service standards at this establishment. No one should be treated so rudely—especially not over a routine food order made well within operating hours.

I trust that this message will be taken seriously and that appropriate steps will be taken to ensure no other customer has a similar experience.

The last 4 times we have been to this restaurant, they are on it! Food has been good, accurate and most importantly FAST! Honestly, if they can keep this up, we will go more. Thanks for the improvements lately! The staff is great

When I tell you I never would have thought I would say Popeyes customer service was superb! I mean it! Even my biscuit was buttery. The first time in many years I haven't had to throw my biscuit away lol everyone was working hunni and getting those orders out and was very professional. The chicken was even fresh and hot and it was a lunch rush.

I went to Popeyes two hours before closing on a Saturday night, & I was very disappointed! First of all, pull up to the drive thru, & the rude young lady statement is, “No wings, No chicken sandwich”! Then leaves the speaker! So I pull around to see what’s the problem, & there’s four black workers standing around, checking phones, playing around, not doing any cooking, or cleaning! (I’m black myself, so there is nothing racial about this complaint!) There’s five cars waiting on food, three people standing in the lobby, & no one’s getting any services! THIS LOCATION SEEMS TO ALWAYS HAVE ISSUES! NO FOOD, BAD SERVICE, SHUTTING DOWN BEFORE CLOSING! I know personally because I live off of Lynnhaven! I will be reaching out to corporate office! Something needs to be done! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I LEFT WITH NO FOOD!
