Pho House was a great stop in our way back from OBX. Even though we got there early, the staff was friendly and the food was great. Everything ordered hit the spot. I saw the reviews for this restaurant and high expectations but after trying the pho, I was underwhelmed. I just moved here from San Diego and this was the first place I tried. It didn’t taste very good to me and I didn’t even finish my meal.
