Red Lobster

So, we went there on the evening of Christmas Day. Because of that, and their being short staffed, it's not really fair to be completely judgmental. The atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant. The facility seemed worn and the restaurant could probably use a bit of work as our table's urethane coating was peeling and the entrance/foyer of the building also appeared worn. Anyway, we ordered the coconut shrimp appetizer and that came out quickly and was delicious. The server was attentive and efficient, and kept the biscuits coming. We waited quite a long time for the entrees, which were sirloin and lobster tails. All food was as ordered except my steak, which I had ordered medium rare was actually more medium well. However, it was still tender and tasty. I did not complain. The serving sizes were generous. Overall, it was a good meal. We spent $108 for a meal for 2, plus 21.00 tip for the server. In general, I appreciated being able to eat out with a friend for Christmas and have a pleasant experience!

it was a good experience during a very hectic Christmas dinner. Red Lobster was the only restaurant open on Christmas day. Glad we booked ahead. Our waitress was very attentive. The kitchen was overwhelmed I'm sure Thanks to all of the staff.

Our server, Megan made our evening extra special for our family of six. The food was plentiful and piping hot! Thank you an enjoyable experience.

While the food is exactly what you'd expect of a chain restaurant the service was excellent. I can't overstate how good our server was but also how terrible every other customer in our vicinity was.
If you frequent Red Lobster, do better as a customer.
One table left a $2 tip on an almost $200 bill and their server was nearly in tears, another table tried to stack 5 coupons on top of each other and then were outraged when they could only use two. I couldn't believe how awful the servers at Red Lobster were treated and personally may just be back so someone can hopefully be nice to them.

Never going back. Horrible place. Dont accept coupon after being shown on menu what it covered. Tracy very mean and hateful. It was waiter Julius that explained coupon options incorrectly. Not the end of the world. Tracey isn't a good manager. Merry Christmas

Leland, our waiter was great but food mediocre. We waited forever for our food. Ordered the seafood boil and majority was potatoes. Not good for the cost!

Christina C. gave me one of the best serving experiences that I've ever had! She is fast, kind,and knowledgeable of the menu items. I got the Mariner's Boil mixed with Cajon seasoning. I will definatly be back.

Food was hot and fresh!! Friendly staff!! The hostess with the mostest Angela was helpful and caring. She deserves a gold star 🌟! She was working on her birthday!! Happy be-lated birthday Angela! Tracey was amazing too! Very attentive to my needs!! Omg! Happy hour is Monday-Friday 3pm-6pm....$5 Long Island Ice Teas, $5 Classic Margaritas, and $5 Titos Strawberry Lemonade 🍓 Yum!!

Our waitstaff Christina C was more than excellent and awesome! She had the right positive kind-hearted smiling face. She gave us attention like nobody business. I felt like she was assigned to us and nobody else. Kudos! Kudos! Kudos!

We came early, the server, Kay, was right on. She was attentive and knowledgeable. The food was excellent. The only complaint we had was we had the Mariners Boil and thought that it was supposed to be opened here at the table by the server, but was not.
