Went today while it was raining and once when it wasn't too busy. Terrible service both times. The first time a worker was on her phone rather than helping customers and didn't get our order correct. This time, even though there were 4 workers, they were more interested in their own conversations rather than helping customers. When we did get service our order was wrong again. Won't be going back this season.
This is our favorite Rita’s location. We are frequent customers! With the power outages last night, Danni did an outstanding job with keeping things under control while she had a huge line. We love coming here! ❤️🍦
