I really wish I could recommend Rita’s, but I can’t. Today is now the 5th time in a row I have gone to get a Cherry Italian Ice to be told they are sold out. I know it’s a popular flavor. But when you make the effort to go and get disappointed each time at some point you won’t make the effort anymore.

This is my first time trying Rita's. I got chocolate custard, vanilla ice, and a small vanilla custard cone for my little.
Unfortunately, the chocolate custard was grainy and had zero chocolate flavor. The vanilla ice was okay, but there were GIANT chunks of ice in it. not like 2 or 3, like someone was filling my cup up for a fountain soda, and sadly, the vanills flavoring was very chemically. the kids vanilla cone was the only thing pretty much eatable.

Usually love this Rita’s, the staff is awesome and the owners are super sweet. Tonight we had a not so good experience. We showed up at 9:50, they close at 10. We waited about 5 minutes for someone to come to the window, as we waited the staff made eye contact with us a few times before even acknowledging that we were there. They were cleaning up as they were about to close, all the machines were broken down.
