I went to Rita’s today and the cashier was so nice! I believe her name was Sadie. She was so kind to me and my dad while we were ordering and we received our ice so quickly!! I 100% recommend this Rita’s!

My kids and I love going to Rita’s. The strawberry Italian ice with vanilla custard is our favorite then mango and vanilla custard, but the new Shirley temple ice is so good on its own! My daughter added some lime juice from the fridge and reminded me on cherry Limeaid. We are customers for life!

My hubby and I absolutely fell in love with Rita’s and had been going to another location before discovering that this branch is much closer to us. We were excited to start coming here regularly, especially since our first visit was a good experience.

Unfortunately, today’s experience was extremely disappointing. The lady working appeared visibly stressed and seemed to take that frustration out on the customers. The front window and drive-thru...
