It was our first time dining at Rockafeller's. Unfortunately, it was the last time as, November 2nd was their last day of operation. The wait staff were very attentive and friendly. The food was so delicious! I got the salmon and it was cooked perfectly. It came with green beans and rice. They were delicious too. We had the chocolate mousse for dessert. Awesome! I'm sorry I didn't know about this jewel sooner. 5 stars!
Rockafellas will be closing on Sunday, November 2. There is not too much availability left so book your seats now! Thursday night, the bar was packed, and the restaurant was filled up by 6pm. Our overall experience was wonderful, but service was a little slow - we should have expected that on one of the last nights open for this locally owned and beloved restaurant. My husband and I are foodies and love to try new places. Sadly, we had never been to Rockafeller's until 10/27. The food we ate is truly some of the best food ever. The She Crab soup was out of this world. I had the char-crusted mahi and he had the surf nd turf. Both were wonderful. We have reservations for Saturday, 11/1, to go back one last time for the soup!!
