My wife and I have sushi regularly and this is the best on the Southside of VB. We eat here at least once a month.Oddly, the miso soup is really good and I thought they all used the same stuff.

How am I just now finding this place?!? Excellent! High quality sashimi and larger cuts than the others. Great presentation! My go-to spots are Domo, Zushi, Kanpai, etc. This easily is equal to or better and less pricy! Tess our server was great as well!

Amazing sushi! I have been a loyal customer for the past 14 years.
This place is amazing!! I've been here several times and I always enjoy the food. The customer service is very good and quick. The sushi is good quality and the prices are very reasonable.The fried ice cream was decadent and rich and the tempura added a nice texture and flavor to the ice cream. It was the first time I've ever had fried ice cream and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was.

Amazing sushi, stellar service, amazing interior, absolutely lovely place. Very much enjoyed the meal and the restaurant is very clean and quaint.
They're sushi is delicious. I love their egg fried rice. If you ever want sushi between 12-3 their lunch bento is a great option you get a good amount of food for pretty cheap. I would definitely recommend.

One of my favorite spots for fried rice!I love everything about Sapporo East! The customer service, the quality, and most certainly the fried rice. My fiancé & I order cary out often but recently decided to dine in. The experience is was 10/10. So cozy, amazing service, and the food was delicious!

Another great find in Virginia Beach! An unassuming location at a shopping center. Once you step inside, you're greeted with an immaculately clean and comfortable restaurant. The menu has plenty of options - from sashimi, special rolls, combos, hibachi, and teriyaki - there's great options for everyone. They also serve genmai green tea, which is one of my favorites. The portions are great as well - usually I can finish two sushi rolls no problem, but here the rolls were so filling, I could only do 1 1/2! Very pleased with the meal and the service.
