Oh where do I even begin? The potatoes, the sausage, the coblettes, the crabs. When mixed together and boiled, these simple ingredients become something worth writing about. The moistress of the crab was out of this ocean, and the butter was perfectly melted. The potatoes and sausage were boiled to levels beyond heaven. And the coblette, wow, wow, wow, the kernels were the perfect combination of juicy and delicious. It seemed the water they served me came straight from the fountain...
It was quiet when we went but it was a rainy day. The bar tenders were super nice and friendly. The seafood boil was seasonless and the shrimp was overcooked, so much so we could barely peel them. Other than that it was good.
Honest review here. Food was great besides the shrimp. They were mushy but besides that it all came out very fast and the service was amazing. Dive bar atmosphere and the music was good. Ron was very attentive to our table and we never once had to ask for a refill on our drinks. Great service Ron!
