Absolutely horrible service. We come here rarely because we never get good service. Today, ordered thru the mobile app. 7 minute wait time, cool. Pick up est 8:17am. Get here at 8:20 because i know things aren't always perfect. At 8:36 FINALLY get someone to respond just to tell me they are waiting on fries. I didn't order fries. In the 16 minutes Noone came thru the drive thru are parked in a stall. I ordered at 8:11. It took a minimum of 25+ minutes to make one order? The lights in the stalls not on, menu boards dark, video screens off... if you want to open at noon, then change the hours. Can't call because phone number provided is disconnected. Food in hand at 8:44 and there were still no other customers. This is pitiful.

I took my granddaughter to Sonic after picking her up from preschool. It's was a beautiful day so we sat outside. And we both got a sundae. We both enjoyed it. Our server was incredibly kind.

My wife has been saying for months " I'm going to try sonic." Finally that day came and she was so eager to try it out. Not only did the food take forever, but they messed her order up to the point she had to drive back to the location for her missing food.After eating the food she instantly realized why she doesn't go to Sonic. The food done gave my baby food poisoning yall LAWDDD.Sonic do better, you owe me a extra large Ginger Ale slush after what you did to my Cinnamon Apples tummy.

My food was cold and took forever. When I got home I had like 4 onion rings. And my bbq burger which I paid 1.50 extra for backed and it was barely a piece. I am highly upset I paid 45$ for this.

The items I ordered on the app were not available. The worker indicated to me she was unable to provide those items but she could offer something else on the menu as a replacement or issue me a refund and just give me the shake on the house. I opted for the refund and was extremely thankful to her for being for being straightforward. As I get home I take a sip of my shake and it tastes as though someone mixed in ranch dressing. For those of you who are wondering, cheesecake and ranch do not mix well to make a milkshake.

I don't know what the hell is going on at this sonic but I pulled up to order and was just told "we are not taking orders unless you want to order through the mobile app". Like no, I want to order Sonic like any other Sonic and then when I review the app process people are complaining about long wait times and incorrect orders. What is going on at this sonics.. and I was the only car there. wth.

Mobile ordered in the app. App said they would close at midnight got there at 10:50 Google even said they were open but when we got there all the lights were off nobody was there no cars. When we called the 800 number to get our money back even corporate was confused as to why no one was there. Someone needs to come straighten out this Sonic cuz they are lost in the sauce.Also the 800 number couldn't give us our money back because they had to wait for the location the process it before they can see the transaction.The other Sonic you went to nearby even knew that this Sonic is known for being terrible.

I wish I could give zero stars. I have tried three times on different days at different times to place an order, using both the drive thru and the stalls, and the staff inside simply refuse to acknowledge my presence. Why even claim to be open????

This is litterly the worst sonic I have been ever been too and I have been to dozen over several states. The staff inside is horrible. Horrible attitude, horrible customer service, whoever the cook is absolutely sucks and should just quit their job. They can't make anything that not off the normal. Don't even try to get something customized they will mess it up and treat you like your a idiot for complaining. I would rather eat shards of broken glass then go to this sonic. Honestly need negative stars for establishments like this franchise owner should be ashamed of themselves and their staff.
