Lady was extremely rude in the drive thru window. Had no clue it was against the law to smoke going through the drive through and she proceeded to tell us in a very ugly way.....delivery is everything how she delivered was rude. And my drink was very runny!

The reason Starbucks is getting a 1 star has nothing to do with the service or the food. It has to do with not only am I over paying for the food and drinks but you also want the customer to pay your employees their living wages with this tip request. If I want to tip I would but tip for taking my order and handing it to me? There's no service provided for a tip. That's like tipping the person at 7/11 for charging me for a water. Like it makes 0 sense. Do better Starbucks , pay your staff don't make me do it for you.

Let me tell you today would have been a total disaster if it wasn't for Kate. My car broke down my phone had 1% I was stressing. I walked in to star bucks to see if they had a charger block. Then that when I met Kate she openly with a smile and said no I don't have charger Block but we have a charger station I said awesome. Kate kept me smiling while I waited on my ride. She offer me a cup of water which I needed from the walking. I just wish it was more people like kate in the work place. She is a keeper.

Service is at best minimal. I go here often for a quad vinte latte, no room, 3 raw surgars. I always ask them to stir it, and they don't. I end up with a mouthful of surgar. It's not that difficult people.
Parking: Shared lot, minimal parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access, plenty of room to get around inside.

Baristas always hard at work and friendly bo matter how swamped they get. I generally do pickup in advance and it is always ready when they say it will be.
This Starbucks is always fast, on point, friendly and the drinks are always delicious. Special shout out to Crystal. They were extremely busy this morning and she was helpful, communicative, bubbly, and got through the chaos with a smile on her face.

Bux must be reducing their cup size bcoz I ordered a latte grande and it was much smaller than my visits to other locations outside the state and it was just over 1/2 full of coffee with loads of foam for just under 6.oo this isn’t the Starbucks I remember although I don’t patronize them often due to their corporate policies all over the news and corporate image is important and leaves a lasting impression on me - as important is asking if I will be having my coffee inside and not to go (if I select to enter the store it means I will be staying inside for my coffee) bcoz I would have liked to sit with a ceramic cup and enjoy the coffee - I am possibly comparing my experience to overseas Starbucks service where they serve coffee in ceramic cups if ordering in - snack and food selection is far less than overseas locations - heads-up to Starbucks corporate management that the USA market is what made Starbucks successful and Americans deserve the same upscale interior found in overseas locations almost as if Starbucks corporate management assesses and determines what level of interiors are “satisfactory enough” for certain markets - that is where my mind goes to when comparing experiences at different Starbucks locations where USA or overseas -overall I got a good cup of java whether the volume or quality of the experience was not to my standards

Store was just remodeled, and the staff is great. I only order a coffee with cream and sugar, but i barley sat my ads down before it was ready.
