I was just at this location and Mariah had excellent customer service. There was a customer yelling at her as she handled the situation so well. This cause for aggravation was completely uncalled for but she managed it so well. I didn't even know there was an altercation until I got closer.

Just bought two drinks, both two horchata’s. Drinks weren’t filled all the way to the top and one of them had no flavor. They made both drinks in the same blender out of laziness.

Here I had bad experience at this branch. I went for using restroom,I asked respectfully for using restroom but she said you have to buy something. And I requested I am frequently buy coffee and food at Starbucks please allow to me use restroom as loyalty customer please as humanitarian help And she said no Starbucks not allow to use restroom. And How she judge I will not buy anything after using restroom they treated wrong. Her name Marticia and I never had bad experience in any branch and how she know after using restroom I will not buy she can’t judge and like me I drive a lot so I stop buy any place because of using restroom then buy something its not necessary u buy first and then go use restroom it means like if people bladder full of urine and use restroom so they have to stand at line waiting buy something then they will allow to use restroom and how sale Girl like Marticia and other sales girls how they think I will not buy after using restroom how they judge like this. And I oder there Spicy Falafel Pocket they serve me Fata Egg Spinach Wraps and I am Vegetarian how can person go back n change $5 food after drove 20 Miles Far. If Restroom policy from Starbucks like treated people like this they loosing business and one more think we get excellent coffee taste at Black Riffle Coffee here Starbucks doesn’t have any losses if one customer move on.

Coffee was spilled down the side on all over lid. My coffee was not hot at all and neither was my breakfast. I’m honestly disappointed with this star bucks.
