Project Seed Coffee Reviews
Really enjoyed the Ube latte and the pastries!
I love coming to Project Seed Coffee. So many unique flavors and choices. The staff is always willing to explain what the different drinks are like. I always get something different and it’s great every time!
If anyone leaves a bad review for this place, trust me — they’re the problem, not the business. I genuinely have nothing negative to say. This has been my spot for date days with my husband, catching up with friends, and even meetings.
The atmosphere is bright, light, and friendly — the kind of vibe that instantly lifts your whole day. The food and drinks have unique, thoughtful flavors you can’t find anywhere else. If you’re not used to exotic or Asian fusion...read full review

Project Seed Coffee is a welcoming Filipino cafe with friendly and knowledgeable staff and owners. The inside is beautiful and well decorated, with lots of space, plenty of windows for natural lighting, and low sofas in the back. It is a SAFE place for everyone with great cafe vibes that remind people of the Philippines. The coffee is hot, and the staff is fast and efficient, even when it is SUPER busy. The coffee brought people in, but the people and atmosphere keep them coming back. The strong, smooth cold brew and Filipino inspired flavors are wonderful. The Calamansi Slush is one of the BEST refreshers, well balanced and not overly sweet. The Ube Velvet is a favorite. The Uber themed pastries are a delight, and the best pepperoni bread in the 757 is available. While there is not a wide variety of food, the Filipino pastries from local and Filipino bakers are some of the best. The shop provides pop ups for local vendors and helps plan the Ube fest. It feels like home, a place to experience Filipino culture one cup, one conversation, and one visit at a time.
