I don’t know if he was a manager or not, but I tap on the window to ask if they could sir my hot matcha good as sometime it not mixed well. He got an attitude and I don’t appreciate it. He needs to fix his attitude.
This location is my favorite and I only go here. Shoutout to Jamie, Carly, Mel, and Samantha! Always happy, smiling, and greeting you every single time, no matter how busy, and I have been there when it’s busy! The manager happened to be there, I believe her name was Jessa? This location got an update since my last visit. I like the new design though they severely reduced the number of tables inside. Service was great and the food I ordered - an Americano and the turkey sage Danish - were yummy. I was able to work here for about an hour or so with no issue. Plugs were sufficient.
