Horrible customer service especially at the drive through, JORDAN was so rude, unprofessional, and doesn’t not follow the customized orders. She does the standard drink regardless of what the customer wants. Basically, she doesn’t want to be bothered with the many orders ! I heard her complaining about me when I asked for my customized drink due to my allergies ! Won’t recommend to anyone!Kid-friendliness: Not a kid friendly!

I stay with this location cause it’s so close to my house. The drive through card reader has been down, so I’ve walked in. I was beyond thrilled to engage with Britini, bubbly, pleasant, perfect coffee. I made a VERY light hearted joke about the store being closed and getting the card reader fixed, and the other woman there seemed very offended. She asserted that there was an extreme medical emergency and that was the reason for the closure. I apologized, told her I was only joking, I didn’t realize that, and I hoped everyone was okay. She just shook her head, wouldn’t make eye contact or respond to me. But as I walked out, it sure seemed like she had something to say to me… she started running off about it, clearly upset. Apologies if I offended you, I was just joking about your card reader :) I will say that customer engagement is a skill that develops with experience, there were a lot of ways you could have handled that. I enjoyed coming inside the shop for a change, but now I know why I stick to the drive through. Vibes are off. Maybe I read that situation wrong, but a vibe is a vibe, and it was cruddy. Of course, I hope all of the staff here are healthy and happy, I send best wishes!

Dirty Starbucks, low inventory, condiments and napkins not restocked, smells a bit off too. Employees using dirty looking bar rags and they smell a bit musty. Tables aren't wiped down, floors are littered, boxes sitting out front....it is Starbucks, but a bit gross.

This store has gone completely downhill. The amount of disorganized employees behind the counter scrambling yet items are missing or drinks made incorrectly. I keep getting my drink made with oat milk bc the barista doesn’t read the drink ticket in full and assumes it’s the oat milk shaken espresso. It’s too time consuming to sit and wait for a drink to be remade when you’re on a crunch to get back to work. I have decided I won’t be coming here anymore. I tried to show grace, but seriously a change in management needs to happen I think.

Merry Belated Christmas everyone. I treated my mom to Starbucks yesterday with two $10 gift cards, ordering a Venti Caffé Mocha, a Hot Chocolate, a Bacon, Egg & Gouda Breakfast Sandwich as well as a Bacon, Sausage & Cheese Breakfast Wrap. We got there and it was all chill with people waiting on their online orders, so barely anyone was sitting down at the tables and stuff, and I grab our stuff that I ordered on the Rewards app on my phone and I tasted the Hot Chocolate. I was appalled. Imagine this: Plain, un-sweetened cocoa powder with straight water mixed together. That is what the Hot Chocolate tasted like. Mind you, this was one that was local down the street from my house that my uncle and I went to last year during the holiday season and nothing was wrong with the Hot Chocolate I ordered last time. Me, with my introverted self in my usual ambiverted self, is not one for calling people on their cell to tell them that it was bad. I'm more of a confrontation gal.

Used to be consistently the best Starbucks in the area. Has gone extremely down hill in last 2 months which is so sad to see! If I preorder my drink 15 minutes in advance I should never wait another 15 in cafe. Honestly quicker to go through (ridiculous) drive thru. Every time i go to this location my order is wrong , like my hot white mocha was a hot chocolate, i dumped it out and it was nothing but chocolate on the bottom. Gross !!!

I do not like about Starbucks is the fact that they struck the staff to give you way more ice for your coffee then it's needed when you order cold brew coffee. So I ordered my ice on the side so that I can add it the thing is k e t o. I drink keto coffee and that is my reference because of the frappuccinos and stuff which is loaded with too much sugar however it takes me a long time to pull this up and find the drink on my phone to show them what it is that I want and what it's made of. I shouldn't have to do that Starbucks start making a list of all your keto coffee to have it out start teaching them what it is and how to make keto it's not fair that these drinks are not shown on the menu like regular. Also start making decaffeinated decaffeinated coffee cuz I know you have a lot of cat decaffeinated coffee drinkers. The Starbucks please start doing better for your customers especially for the amount of money that's paid for a cup of

This morning at 10 Am I went To Starbucks like I do Every morning. The young lady at the window addressed me with $7.21 - I advised Her I had a mobile order. She then threw the food in my hands and never said another word. Very rude and unprofessional. I wont Be going back to this Starbucks.
