okay first of all i love starbucks with all my heart but i hate that they fill my drinks with 95% flipping ice . what the hell is this, AND i’m tipping!?? oh no no no no starbucks please tell ur employees to stop , im paying for DRINK not ICE that i have at HOME. i could care less who agrees and who doesn’t agree but holy moly man why did i get TWELVE sips?? my drink was delicious expect for that part 🙁🙁 do better.
I received exceptional service from Haley this past Friday on 4/3/26. She was extremely personable and helpful on my selection of one of the new products that I had a few questions about. It makes such a huge difference to have someone who truly embraces customer service. Thank you Haley!
My visit here today was very disappointing. The young lady at the register was kind and friendly! But when I got to the young lady with glasses blonde hair. Clearly she was overstimulated and needed a break. She seems as if she was rushing to get my order done which was fine. But when I wasn't satisfied with my peppermint mocha cold grande size drink. I'd asked her to make it over. Then the second one wasn't right so I asked her to make that one over. This time...
