Worst customer service,I have ever had in a Starbucks, went inside to get a coffee , 3 people wirking 1 on the drive thru which was busy 1 barista and the other one was more concerned with sweeping and cleaning then waiting on me at the counter where I stood , she walked past 3 times finally asked if I was ready to order after 15 minutes also not very friendly at that .if you dont want to work then go home , Terrible customer service , wouldn't go back .

The slowest service ever, it doesn't matter if there are 2 or 20 people/cars. My order is wrong 40% of the time. And don't even get me started on the drive through situation.

This Starbucks is the only one in the Kemps River/Indian River Road area, nearest one is further down Kempsville Road and Princess Anne. Always busy at this Starbucks, long drive thru line moves pretty quickly. My friend and I walked in, we were greeted with a smile. Place is clean and bright/well lit. Does not seem to have a lot of tables maybe meant to truly be more of a drive thru. I ordered the Pink Drink (strawberry refresher with coconut milk) . Just the right amount of sweetness.

I've been here the past 3 Thursdays' and it's been the same staff each time, they are a lovely bunch. They're welcoming, helpful and kind. I usually stay a bit to get some work done and it's a pleasure to watch them work together and just vibe with each other. It makes for a great atmosphere and environment to be in.Starbucks is always a great constant on drinks and food but having a great staff is definitely what makes the experience!

This is a fairly standard Starbucks location, nothing really to write home about.Parking: The parking lot is very small for this building and the line from the drive thru makes it even more difficult to park

I’ve mobile ordered multiple times at this Starbucks and every time I order no matter what time I order and no matter how much extra time I give them-my drink is never ready on time. I ordered 20 minutes in advance today and the barista didn’t prepare the drink (pour a nitro cold brew) until I got there . There was no line and there were no customers in drive-thru or in the store. I thought the mobile order feature was for the purpose of the drink being ready when you arrive. When I go to other Starbucks stores, the drink is ready to go without an issue. I’m not sure what the deal is here but I won’t be returning
