I don't go to Starbucks much, but there were 3 ladies working and it took a couple minutes for someone to take my order. The very berry matcha iced drink was alright. 7 bucks for a 16 oz cup is ridiculous.
Today I was in this Starbucks Drive-Thru from 2:23 until 2:42, and I still hadn’t gotten to place my order. Meanwhile, several customers got impatient, parked, and went inside—and they got their orders much faster than those of us waiting in our cars. The staff inside had no smiles and were extremely slow. Overall, a very poor experience.
I am not one to typically frequent Starbucks but made a quick stop while in town. I don't think I have ever encountered a cleaner store but the best part of all was the friendliest staff that greeted me! Way to cheer up my Sunday!!!!
