Waited for my order for over 10minutes, no one came to tell me what was going on..and why it was taking too long- I almost drove away when the young girl came to the window..no apologies for waiting - she said “we were training” when I received my Frap it was all Milk!! I thought about going back and remembered how long I had waited! Kindly work on customer service. Very disappointed! Thank you for selling me milk when I ordered a Frap!

I placed a mobile order to this location. My food and coffee was ready as soon as I got there and I was super happy with both of them. All of the baristas acknowledged when I came in and were incredibly nice. This is a great location!

The Princess Anne Starbucks is one of the friendliest locations I have visited. The staff are always kind and accommodating, and they make customers feel welcome from the moment they walk in. Being recognized and called by name adds a personal touch that creates a real sense of community inside the store.
It is also clear that the manager does an excellent job with hiring and leadership. Every team member is professional, approachable, and genuinely seems to enjoy their work. That positive energy comes through in the service, turning each visit into something more than just a stop for coffee. It feels like a familiar place that you look forward to returning to.

Love it better since the remodel.
I'm going to miss the lavender cold foam! Other then that, staff are always friendly, fast, and never mind making special requests! I prefer this location to others.

Been here a couple of times and everytime I come I get crappy service. They need more respect. First time I came I waited 20 minutes for a bagel that wasn’t done right then when I asked for her to remake it she came back and threw the bagel on the counter, second time I came through the drive through and the people were rude and the girl who gave us the food didn’t even say anything and slammed the window on us and walked away. Highly disappointed and think Starbucks needs to hire new employees.

Music is way too loud. Even with noise cancelling headphones on I hear the music which is a huge problem, and I make sure not to sit under the speakers. Please control the volume so that people can get some work done without having to get up and ask to turn it down or feel like they can’t focus. When the music prevents conversations to be heard it’s a big problem.
