Shawn (young gang-affiliated black man) made my caramel brulee latte. He was VERY rude and several times attempted to STEAL my phone and also did not wear a hairbun when making my latte. This caused one of his dreads to fall into my latte and he didn't remove it. Then, he pronounced my wife's name "Jes-ee-ca" instead of Jessica. They always have to put their own swing on it. ?
