There is always a terribly long wait here. It’s happened on multiple occasions which it’s Starbucks, busyness is understood. But so many times you’re not acknowledged. Stood in line with people in front of me for 5 minutes at the counter without “sorry, we’ll get right to you etc.” nothing at all. With that being said, I will admit I’ve never had a bad drink or food order here.

Sorry to say but I’ve had much better service all around at the Red...

Amazing customer service! One of those days—I accidentally dropped my coffee in the store, and Char was an absolute gem. She came over immediately to help and kindly asked her team to make me a fresh one. It truly made my day. I love how sweet and generous people can be. Huge thanks to Char and the team!

Excellent service and coffee at this location. The staff greeted us at the door and was very nice and helpful. The service was fast and accurate. The coffee was perfect! The location was very nice and clean and had plenty of seating and had a real relaxing vibe. Plenty of parking and washing accessible from the main road. Drive thru option as well.
