I come here almost everyday. I love how close it is to my house. What could easily make this place a 5 star is consistency. I could have the exact same coffee order everyday twice a day at this store and every time the same drink order will taste different. This is the only Starbucks I find this occurrence. The best starbucks in virginia beach in my opinion. Coffee is perfect everytime. Super friendly people. They get you in and out in a very proficient manner but still asking how your day is going. Only starbucks I go to 😊

There is always a terribly long wait here. It’s happened on multiple occasions which it’s Starbucks, busyness is understood. But so many times you’re not acknowledged. Stood in line with people in front of me for 5 minutes at the counter without “sorry, we’ll get right to you etc.” nothing at all. With that being said, I will admit I’ve never had a bad drink or food order here.

Sorry to say but I’ve had much better service all around at the Red...
