They have big signs on the window that says they do not participate in any promotions, workers there are rude, they don't speak when you enter, I get to the register to pay my total was $10.01 and I needed a penny A PENNY, I was a penny SHORT and she looked me dead in my face and said " I don't have one for you" I said ma'am it's a penny, she said sorry, I cant help you. and there was a tip jar in front of me full of pennies lol
I just shook my head and left...

My goodness. This subway is the best that I have ever experimented. The food was perfect. Specially the employees were well smiley and treaty behavioral. I enjoyed their atmosphere as well.

I just recently left this location to grab lunch me and a coworker the staff there was very hard to understand and not very helpful. When asked questions. Also, they did not make my sandwich correctly. They gave me something completely different and none of the food appeared to be fresh me and my coworker both throughout our sandwiches after one bite it was clear that the sandwiches we had were not fresh either. I don’t recommend anybody to come to this that way better places to go harris teeter is right behind them. You can get twice as much for your money and their food is always fresh . Definitely will not be coming back ever

Live close by so come in often to this location frequently... always clean and well attended, always fresh ingredients and the young men who work this particular location are always extremely friendly and efficient!!

Did a pickup order, when i got the notification that it was ready I gave them an extra 10 min. When I arrived they hadn't even started to make the 4 subs. Made one of them with the wrong meat.

I would like to know how I’m expected to eat this. The sandwich wasn’t even closed it was basically open faced sandwich that was soggy and falling apart. I should not have to use a fork and knife to eat a basic sandwich. Waste of $26

Their English is a bit hard to understand. What I order I did not receive. The meat behind the case is hidden so you can not see what they are putting on the sub. Both the 6 inch subs did not taste fresh. I really hope that it will get better for their and the business’s sake.

This place ABSOLUTELY has a scam running. You'll pay close to 20-30$ for one sub with random taxes that do not add up. Beware and go elsewhere. Do not go here!
I came to this subway and everything went as it always did. I ordered two subs and when I went to pay the man at the register was quite rude. I pay and get my receipt and the two subs cost me 36 dollars. There was an automatic tip of over 6 dollars on it. I won't be going back to this location and I will be disputing the charges. Be aware of this place.

I am very upset. I went on my lunch break because it said open 24hrs but I was ignored at the door for 10mins. I don't mind being told it was closed but I wasn't even acknowledged at all.

** Food is good, but the service is bad **The food is fine and all, and the atmosphere is average. As for the service, very horrible. I used the application to order my food and waited till the time indicated on the application to pick up my food. Came to the store and found out it still wasn't ready. The server said to wait two mins. 10 mins later, still not ready. If there's a specific time for food to be ready, don't you think they should focus on the mobile order first rather than the person in front of them? I guess not.**disappointed service. Won't order here for dinner again**
