Every time I’ve mobile ordered & picked up in store it has taken FOREVER for them to make my order. Always “there’s a couple orders ahead of you.” Meanwhile there were 4 employees standing around looking lost. Management really needs to work on it.

I ordered a large nacho fry and there was a mistake with the order POS, I selected nacho fries and the screen showed me I ordered nacho fries.
They gave me fiesta potatoes and when I told them the order was incorrect, the gentlemen at the counter proceeded to argue with me and when I asked for a refund he instructed his employees to get the fries.
I sat down to eat and heard them talking shit about me not being able to read.

This a good Taco Bell to go to if you want musty drinks from where the fountains haven’t been cleaned, for your order to be butchered, and if you want to be skimped.

They were very rude I asked for a mobile and online pick up they answered with “ um okkkayy?” And then silence so I said order names for both and the man working said inside for doordash and mobile go through line. I then asked to make sure and he resaid it in a very rude manner.

That One Wise Guy

I had gone through the drive through and had approached the staff politely and respectfully. When I had gotten to the drive through, a slightly rude African American grey haired gentlemen had given me a cold stare and had taken my politeness offensively.

I will probably no longer come here again ever. I get more repaid respect at chick fil a or McDonald’s.

Last weekend I went to this Taco Bell and they missed two items from my order. I called and they did replace my items. But this weekend, I stopped again and this time they put the wrong item in my bag and not what I ordered. They’re just really careless it seems like.

The service was incredible! Their manager got everyone their orders with respect and professionalism. There were multiple online orders as well as in store customers and he got to everyone flawlessly; someone also came in for scheduling and he didn't even get frustrated for 2 weeks off in the middle of it. This man deserves a raise! Thank you for the great service! Really raising the bar

They forgot 3 things from our order then gave us a taco we didn’t order instead of the one we ordered. They said they didn’t have a thing to stir my coffee so asked me to do it then said since they are a new location they don’t have everything they need…worst experience ever. Their was a nice younger lady that help us but most of them seemed clueless. (Located on princesse anne rd)

Paying almost $15 for two Crunchwrap supremes with 95% air is absurd. $7 for the amount I received in the nachos bellgrande is complete insanity. No thank you, they will not be seeing my face or steal my money ever again.
