Nobody in drive thru or inside. I was the only customer. No staff at the counter. Used the kiosk and it went down while trying to put in order in the kiosk. Saw another , but down too. Another customer got on a third. Saw a sign saying if having a problem, see counter staff. Nobody at the counter. Finally flagged down a staff. She took me to a fourth kiosk since the other customer was still struggling with the third kiosk. She put in my first item, then a second one, and then I told her I wanted a neal for two. She said can't do it that I have to use the app. I told her that I don't have an app and I don't want one. I asked her to order it for me, but she insisted I had to do it through the app. I asked why she could get everything else through the kiosk and she said that she didn't know. My order would have been around $40, but, I just said never mind and went to McDonald's. The other customer heard us and he left too. Now the parking lot and drive thru was empty as we left.

I got screamed at by a drunk old woman who was recording me at this location and will not be returning. Something about cinnamon twists and she was owed them. This person seemed mentally ill.

A couple of weeks ago, I came by at night to see if the Taco Bell had hairnets since Walmart didn't have any. I want to express my appreciation to the lady who gave me a hairnet that night because I passed my culinary class and am now a sous chef. If I hadn't had that hairnet, I would have failed. Thank you so much!

This Taco Bell has been around for decades and has gotten slower over the years. Do not go from 4PM-8PM unless you are ok with waiting at least 20 minutes for order. Other fast food places near are way quicker.

Absolutely the longest wait time for being a door dasher it makes it really hard to make money the staff is very slow moving and doesn't have a second gear when things get busy

This Taco Bell is consistently charging me for food I don't receive. The AI drive thru always messes up orders. Got home and found half of my order not in the bag and my ticket was never checked for accuracy.

Just saw a video abt these people lacing the Mexican pizza and soft tacos with bleach/other chemicals cuz they felt some type of way about a customer. Hope ol girl is fired and customers got paid💀

Worst breakfast ive ever had at a taco bell. Sloppy crunchwrap and they put a hard tortilla inside it?? And the hashnrowns were terrible.It sucked.

It’s a drive through. No need to sit here for 25 mins before any windows open or anything. It’s supposed to be fast food. I could have easily run into Walmart, driven home and cooked something in the time it takes for one order to be competed

This has got to be the friendliest, cleanest and well stocked Taco Bell I have ever visited.. I even chatted theirs the manager and told her my feelings about our visit. When I am visiting Virginia Beach this will be our go to lunch spot.
