I come to this TB a lot as it's close to home. The food is always hot and the order is always correct too which is excellent. However, it seems the time it takes to make the food is taking longer than it should and especially late at night. Sometimes sitting in the drive thru for 10-15 mins with only 2 cars ahead. I do recommend this place, but hopefully they can speed up their drive thru service a bit
I had the nicest cashier on Wednesday, 3/25, and I think his name was Curtis M. He was so polite and quick. The line was long at lunch time but he was working his butt off to keep it moving. I don’t normally leave reviews but he needs to be promoted because that was the best service at any fast food chain I’ve had.
Usually the food is good, service is great. Today, however, when I got to the ordering speaker, I was told that they're not taking any new orders that aren't for doordash or on mobile. At which point I was stuck in a long line of people who are ordering from said, and lost a large portion of my lunch break. With no food to show for it.
Far be it from me to tell a business how to run its business, but that's frankly embarrassing. A garbage policy.
