Usually the food is good, service is great. Today, however, when I got to the ordering speaker, I was told that they're not taking any new orders that aren't for doordash or on mobile. At which point I was stuck in a long line of people who are ordering from said, and lost a large portion of my lunch break. With no food to show for it.

Far be it from me to tell a business how to run its business, but that's frankly embarrassing. A garbage policy.

The little girl at the drive through window, Kuniya was an absolute delight! She was happy, smiling, said good to see you to the regular I was a passenger to. Thank you for smiling and treating us nicely, you never know what a kind word and a smile will do, it certainly brightened my day.

The food was hot, but ordered online, 2 combos, and it was ready 20 minutes after it said it would be ready. Ordered for pick up inside Hop ng it would be ready on time and it wasn't. There was only 1 car in the driver thru so it was not busy like this one sometimes gets.
