We should have gone to Chesapeake. Waitress was absolutely terrible, didn't listen, was rude to my husband. Didn't even stay to eat..took the food to go. Zero stars if I could!

My family and I have been waiting 1 hr to be seated. Watching others go in while we wait. No one even spoke to us to apologize or anything. I feel like the staff are rude and don't care about there patrons. Plus the lobby is filthy.

came in on monday, restaurant was really empty. as a lot of these comments are saying: the service is not good. took almost 30 minutes to get drinks. forgot my kids drinks which took awhile to get out after. we all ordered the salmon with broccoli and the broccoli was so hard. my kids couldn’t bite into it. table behind us was getting faster service even thought they came in 15 minutes after us. definitely won’t be back. the service is MUCH better at other locations.

Well, this was the first time I've ever been to TGIF before and it was definitely my last.Only gave 2 stars because the portions were decent. I'm not sure how they can generate business with high prices and mediocre quality food.I ordered the pasta. They intentionally give you next to zero sauce so that you will have to pay an extra $2.00 for the amount of sauce you should have been given originally. My husband also ordered a different pasta and was met with the same issue. He had to drown it in ranch just to get the noodles unstuck from each other it was so dry.There's just too many other options here to choose from with the same quality food, priced significantly lower to justify ever going here again. Hell, there's better quality food all around VA Beach for this same price.It's a no.

Okay, I gotta give this place 5 stars...My sister and I came there and we sat at the bar... The bartender was a wonderful female with blue hair.We were trying to decide and she was amazingly patient. We decided to go somewhere else for other reasons, but she was still gracious and wonderful when we told her.I will definitely return again and the next time I will definitely order. But I really want to give her props for amazing service even though we went elsewhere. So thank you... We will be back.

We were there this evening to celebrate our middle daughters report card. We arrived at 7:20pm and we were told it would be a 30 minute wait. A 30 minute wait turned into us not being seated until 9PM. If it wasn't for our daughter, we would have left earlier. I inquired about the wait times, and why there were SO MANY EMPTY TABLES but no one being seated, on three different occasions and was told each time that it would be just a few minutes. We saw multiple parties of two seated at tables for 4 or more but oddly enough, many empty two party tables. Also, parties of two were walking in and being seated immediately. It was extremely frustrating when we were finally seated to see the mass amount of unoccupied tables as we were walking to our table. Whatever seating system you have your hostess use is garbage. There were multiple 4+ parties waiting with us and they were all just as confused and frustrated as we were.

Waitress with green streaks in her hair needs to acknowledge when she doesn’t place the order as requested by her customers. Good had a bad aftertaste. She Made 2 separate customers meet her near the railing by the bar because she forgot their straws The manager, Rob came to our table, with a wrinkled shirt I might add and completely took the waitress’ side, offered his opinions instead of showing concerns about our order being screwed up. We will not eat at the Lynnhaven restaurant again!

I'm not sure if it was because of covid-19 but it took a very long time to get our drinks let alone our food. The states we ordered where chewy but the rest of it was pretty good

4 stars for the ribs. Fall off from the bone, melt in your mouth. Great tasting sauce.2 stars for service. Our waiter was not attentive and the restaurant was not busy at all but, employees walking by like zombies. Our waiter didn't check on us until the end. If it wasn't for the manager on duty, we wouldn't have gotten our drinks refilled.

We waited for 30 minutes as staff walked past us seating other customers. As we were leaving, who we assumed was the manager greeted us and told us to have a good day. There was a family seated before us with a young child who was not checked up on since we arrived. We didn't even get water.

Edited: Unfortunately after all that waiting, the order ended up being wrong. We called and spoke with a manager and she was so kind, apologetic and helpful. She fixed it. I hoped she gets better staff.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! We ordered online and were told to come at 5:11pm. Food wasn't ready until 5:46pm. No apologies. I called to see what was wrong knowing my husband just picked it up and the lady who answered out right lied. Just lied. Even went as far as to say that he picked it up 10 minutes prior to me calling. I WAS WITH HIM THE WHOLE TIME. What was her reason for even going that far? The food was ehhh. It definitely wasn't worth the horrible feeling of food that may have been sitting and people touching it that truly don't care. Customer service was the worst we have EVER EXPERIENCED. Do not eat there. I wish I would've gotten her name..
