The lady that attended us was nice and I really enjoyed the bagel. I tried the brewed coffee but needed something stronger, so ended up getting espresso coffee next to this shop.

Decent bagels. Fast service. A bit pricy. Quite a few choices. The jalapeño cheese bagel is not very cheesy jalapeño. Paid $1.40 (plus tax) to add plain cream cheese to my plain bagel. My total was $5.61 for a non-special bagel with cream cheese. The line did move faster than the Starbucks nearby.

Friendly staff and pretty good bagel. I had the Asiago bagel and you can taste the Asiago. They are not stingy with the cream cheese.Great place to stop by for a quick bit to eat before your flight.

Ordered chicken pesto panini. Barely got any pesto or chicken, on a glorified hotdog bun, with next to no flavor. With the price ($11.99 before tax), nowhere near worth coming here. Should've paid the $17 across the way for a better meal.
Their bagels are tasty enough but I would prefer a toasted bagel rather than microwaved. IMO, ordering a bagel with cream cheese is average, not enough cream cheese and no crunch to the bagel. That being said, I really like their sunrise breakfast bagel sandwich with egg, cheese and bacon The bacon has surprisingly flavorful smoky tones and I don't miss the toasted texture at all in this sandwich.

Online it says it opens at 4:30 a.m, its 5 a.m amd still closed

They never toast your bagel. I have been to other locations and have not had a problem but this one just never toasts your bagel. I fly out of NOR a bunch and normally grab a bagel just before getting on a plane. I ask everytime for a toasted bagel and if I don't check before leaving (then make them redo the order,) I end up with a refrigerate bagel on a plane. Highly unsatisfying.
Toasted bagels shoukdnt be chewey. :/

Long wait, rock hard, stale bread. For a $13 ham and cheese panini, I would expect better quality. Avoid this restaurant.
Sandwich had I piece of meat and was disgusting. Bottle of water is $5.50
