I got the liver, cabbage & string beans. Too salty... the string beans sucked, the cabbage sucked! Nothing was fresh. Fried the liver & threw gravy on top. I'm good on this spot! 😌

Food was pretty good other than decrease the amount of salt being used. I had throw away some of my pork chops because the amount of salt. Other than that everything was okay.

The portions are generous, so you definitely get your money's worth.
While there can be a wait at peak times, it's a testament to how good the food is. The quality and taste are absolutely worth it. If you're in the Virginia Beach area and craving a truly satisfying and delicious meal, this is the spot.

Are you serious!!!??? Such a cool vibe! Chicken liver was out of this world! Great sides- yams and mac and cheese! The guy who took my order was an absolute super star. MUST VISIT for now on!

Ava is the best. This establishment was very warm and welcoming. Lounge in the back and order up front. She reminded me of my mom. Very kind and sweet, and the food is the best around. Highly recommend.

Very nice restaurant with a Caribbean vibe! The food was hot and freshly made, so delicious. The staff was so kind and introduced themselves and made us feel right at home. They have DJs that come to play music but there's already a vibe from the music from the speakers. There hookahs available and outdoor patio area with games to play. Will definitely visit again!

Wonderful portion size for the price. Although I did not enjoy my food and I definitely hate wasting food but I could not finish it, I will not be returning back. The customer service was great very helpful and polite.

April was amazing! The atmosphere was clean and welcoming. We had the Jerk turkey wing, Mac and cheese with greens and smothered pork chops, Mac and cheese, candy yam and rice. Food was delicious, however you one get one turkey wing with the meal. Lastly, I also had the strawberry cheesecake which was amazing! I definitely will be back to try something different.

Ms. April was a joy to interact with. The food was delicious and I will definitely return and tell others. I got the turkey wing dinner w/ cabbage and Mac n cheese and everything was seasoned perfectly. Meat was falling off the bone. No disappointment at all!!

Omg i’ve eaten at the restaurant on numerous occasions! My favorites are the fried catfish and jerk turkey wing! I ate the Jerk turkey wing and the meat was falling off the bone smh and they got the nerve to top it with jerk gravy!!!! Thank you for the amazing food! Me and my family definitely will be back!
