Beautiful setting, friendly service, delicious treats. It was for my mother's birthday and she has told me everyday how very much she enjoyed it. We plan to go back for Christmas Tea. What a lovely experience!
I asked for a fresh tea cup because my tea wasn't hot enough any more. It never arrived. There were not 3 of everything for our group of 3. Otherwise, everything else was perfect!!!
The staff was so very nice and accommodating, and so very sweet too! I had noted a dietary restriction and they made everything right! They even wished my sister Happy Birthday too! The Hotel is beautiful. We will revisit again! A+
