My order was wrong. I asked for sour apple, lime, and sour gummy worms. I got sour apple, lime and sweetened condensed milk. When I asked about the gummies I got two gummies haphazardly plopped on top.My husband's toppings were pretty lack luster too. He got birthday cake with whipped cream, sweetened condensed milk, and sprinkles. The whipped cream looked like an afterthought.To be honest the staff seemed way more interested in whatever conversation they were having than the orders. When the cashier was taking my order she keep stopping to respond to the other staff and had to ask for my order several times.The people in front of me found a hair in their snocone.I was pretty disappointed.

So many mistakes, but the cashier kept fixing them and was very kind. There were 4 of us and mistakes were made on 3/4. I learned that when you ask for half of one flavor and half of another, you need to specify half of the flavor on one side and the other flavor on the other half bc they just swirled both flavors on top, but the cashier offered to fix it. Now don't walk away just yet bc they forgot the condensed milk on my daughter's order. Now really don't leave the parking lot till you check your order bc they forgot the ice cream in my husband's. They were refreshing and tasty, but the only place to sit is outside in the blazing sun with no umbrella so be prepared to sit in your car or drive away.

How is the service here so mind-numbingly slow? I could crank out at least 15 snow cones in the time it takes these kids to take and forget a single order. Management should reassess the situation here.

Okay this place is so good! Never heard of a Snow cone shop before going here and WOW I was impressed! So many flavors and possibilities I have been four times in the past week! I am already thinking about what combo to get for next time However... the wait is super long every time. I went on a cloudy day recently and there were only two other people in line and we still had to wait 25 minutes to get our order and on a busy day it's worse. Now this won't be keeping me away but I do wish things were a bit more efficient? I understand if it's a staffing issue since the season just started but overall YOU GOTTA TRY THIS PLACE!!!
