The staff lacks empathy and the service is awful. We had every right as a patron to be upset due to having a waitress forgetting about us…..it gets worse from there. No need for an explanation it was that bad. Your staff had no concerns whatsoever. Do better.
My partner and I came for vacation and had a wonderful dinner at Tides. We really loved the cocktails, but the recommended country boil was top notch. Koku came to check on us and was super kind, made us laugh and gave us some great pointers on attractions in the local area. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Hello. I am writing to you today to express my complete disappointment with the Golden Girls Brunch that was hosted by Tides Coastal Kitchen on Sunday, April 14th. I run a very successful Facebook Brunch group and I brought a group of 14 ladies on Sunday, and everyone was dissatisfied.
