Mike absolutely knocked it out of the park with that drink. From the very first sip, it was clear this wasn’t something thrown together—it was crafted. The balance was flawless: bold without being overpowering, smooth without being dull, and layered with just the right amount of complexity to keep every sip interesting. If there were ever a signature drink worth coming back for again and again, this would be it. Mike didn’t just make a drink—he created an experience. 🍹

This is the hotel we stayed in after our wedding in 2023, so it has a special place in our hearts. Most incredible views there are of the bay! Cocktails are always perfect and never been disappointed in any food that we have ordered. We popped in for happy hour this evening and met Michael C. Breakfast was delicious and our server (Michael C.) did an exceptional job with explaining the menu and providing awesome customer service. I gave the atmosphere a 2 only because of issues they were experiencing that contributed to it being extremely cold and we weren't able to eat in. However, everything else was awesome!
