I'm always a little bit skeptical about soulfood restaurants since my mother is a wonderful southern cook. Candied yams, collard greens, fried chicken and more is always on the menu at my parents' house for Sunday dinner. So you kind of have to drag me into a soulfood restaurant (and it helps if you offer to pay). But I like Big Daddys! Not to bad, I wish this was in a little better area. The people hanging around in the parking lot almost turned us off. We are glad we stuck it out. Real down home Soul food that will fill the spot till Mom can whip us some. Reminded me of a family reunion without the stupid shirts. I will be back, collards were outstanding!!
