Overall good experience going here. The only thing I might add is to clean the table tops better so they aren’t sticky and refill the completely water. Especially after being asked and multiple people going up to the counter to ask for water. Also some of the reviews look suspect.
The location was impressive, and my only takeaway is that they need to improve how they make their matcha or use a better grade. On the bright side, the Vietnamese coffee and the strawberry chia seed yogurt bowl were amazing.
I ordered the Lox Bagel and White Chocolate Toffee Nut Iced Latte. I substituted the everything bagel for a plain bagel. The Lox and Nori Flakes gave it a little too much of a salty profile. The Latte wasn't what I expected and tastes like a watered down vanilla iced coffee. I didn't really inspect my drink until I left. I am obviously drinking it but it's not what I expected based on pictures and I don't think I got my money's worth. The place was packed...
