Good experience. Food was a 4.2 or B+. Everything else - very good!

I had the ramen and it was literally the worst ramen I’ve ever had I’m no expert but I lived in Japan for 3 years and when I tell you it’s tap water in a bowl with some noodles and meat I mean it also our waitresses took 45 min to get us our checks so we could leave on top of all that we went for the karaoke experience and were told it was booked out there is no way to book it online you have to show up days prior and put money down and then you will be able to reserve 1/3 rooms that they have the place looked nice tho

To address the comment below. First let me start by saying that my waitress Gabby was extremely sweet and nice but had to be reminded several times of items ordered. Now the person left in charge who is extremely young (I mention this simply to acknowledge that maybe that is why things went the way they did) Back to the problem the person left in charge was extremely rude, unprofessional and had an attitude. I had to walk to the main register to figure out what was wrong. He swiped my card exactly five times no exaggeration I saw the transactions with my own eyes. Not only was the full balance paid the second time he swiped it he received an additional $4.93 more than the bill. I even went out of my way and got the waitress number to communicate after leaving. DID I MENTION THAT THIS WAS MY BIRTHDAY DINNER ON MY ACTUAL BIRTHDAY I WAS IN A GREAT MOOD UNTIL HIS ATTITUDE. I have provided screenshots below of the charges. To also better the situation I exchanged numbers with Gabby to continue communication just in case because it was my birthday I was not staying there arguing with him after showing him the charges on my phone after logging into my bank app. Please see screenshots below.

Went for birthday food was 4.5 . Customer service was good for the party. Prices were somewhat reasonable dinner box wasn't bad for 23.99 plus Sangria drink 9.00 . Should you visit this place yes only thing . Large party check has to be split 4 ways only so you will have to put your check with someone else .

Great food, atmosphere and service. The young lady who helped me, Rita, was so nice and knowledgeable about her restaurant. The music is great and the karaoke rooms were well kept. Bring your date her fellas!!!!

I haven't even got a chance to attend this restaurant but I got some to say! I've been trying to book this place 2x now (since the beginning of May, maybe late April) to celebrate my birthday. So the second time I called to book, I was successful, well at least I thought i was. Here comes one of the other workers calling me to say they couldn't accommodate me unless I move my time up because whoever it was that booked my party made a mistake overbooking the time slot I requested. That's her fault right?? The lady apologized or whatever but I told her this was ridiculous and I just don't want to dine there at all. I know ppl make mistakes, but damn, how you missed that someone else had already booked the time I requested. I'm so pissed and it inconveniences me because I had it already planned and invited my family & friends. So whoever that's having their party tonite, May 15th 2026 at 730, please enjoy yourselves! I won't be dining there, unfortunately!

This my first time here I placed pickup order for lunch hibachi shrimp and chicken meal. They asked if I wanted noodles or rice I chose noodles and asked for salad bc you can pick salad or soup and I got a drink so $25 total. My meal wasn’t ready when I arrived to pick up even though I was late. Realized they charged me $3 extra for choosing noodles instead of rice and they gave me miso soup instead of salad I asked for. And there was stuff in the miso soup that isn’t normally in miso soup. The portion sizes are extremely small for the price they charge compared to other places that offer hibachi meals.

Their customer service sucks and they expensive with cheap meats my salmon had bones in it I never experienced salmon like this in sushi!! It’s no care taken with their food just about the money I’ll eat at another sushi restaurant it’s plenty

I am actually surprised the ratings are so high. It’s not great sushi, if you really eat sushi then, I hope you find something you like. The rolls we ate were slop: mayo and sauces overloaded on top of rolls that fell apart, because they were mush. The Salmon roll literally looked like it was put in a blender then poured. The fried rice was fluffy. My date and I were kinda grossed out. The restaurant is basic, not upscale. The was a server wildly sweeping the floor close to where patrons were eating. Our server was nice a knowledgeable, but not very professional. Too expensive for subpar experience and bad / not fresh food. Pretty sure we will not be back.

Great place for a party celebrated my 37th birthday very affordable had a blast good was a hit bottles were affordable. Great staff

I order the party room for my birthday for a hr. 7-8 guess arrived at 6:45. There was no communication during the event staff was very rude rushing us to leave when we didn’t get food or drinks until 8 the manager was the cook and bartender which he started setting up at7, one server, the other was the door person. Also, when you know have a large party you should be prepared I booked 3/23 my room was HOT and wasn’t even completely set up. Never got my deposit back they put it towards another person bill without asking. When called and sent to establishment my friend and I was hung up on and ignored was told I had to many people in my party. There’re a private establishment and there was no one to talk to it was my birthday 🎉 i looked forward to begin there just to have a disappointment

Ps. Never got my birthday dessert conversation discussion during reservations changed upon arrival birthday redo at a different location I’ll never go here again

I had a really bad experience here and feel like people should know. I ordered hibachi along with a lemon drop and a California roll. The drink and roll were fine but the hibachi was a completely different story. It tasted off almost spoiled and I could barely eat any of it so I only took a few bites and left the rest there. Two other people I was with also ordered hibachi and said the same thing. None of them finished it either and they even told the server it did not taste right.

Unfortunately even with just a few bites I ended up getting extremely sick later that night. I was throwing up when I got home and even woke up still getting sick. It was bad enough that I had to take something just to get through work the next day.

What made this even worse was how the situation was handled. When I called to report what happened the person on the phone was rude refused to give their name and hung up on me. No concern no accountability nothing.

Based on this experience I would not recommend eating here. Please be careful. I will also be sharing this experience on my other platforms because this is not okay.
